About Me

It all started when my friend Sergio asked me to make homemade pasta one Sunday night. That Italian dinner propelled us to explore other cuisines and cultures. We wanted to cook everything under the sun, foods usually found in German or Morocco or Japan. We wanted to celebrate the ingredients and preparations. So we decided on Sundays we cook. We would use our kitchens to travel through the world. While I travel myself as often as I can, my time abroad is limited. On Sundays, I am able to recreate flavors and develop my palate for new experiences. This my way to look back on my own travels and look forward to my Sunday meals with friends one dish at a time.
